From the outset, the team designing homes at Battersea Power Station has been clear that the amenities and facilities on the Power Station site itself will make living here a remarkable experience.

With that in mind, we’ve invested a lot of time and imagination into thinking about the type of residents’ amenities which will make living here a really special experience, and subsequently we have created a bespoke residents’ lounge – designed by David Linley- and offering socialising and working spaces on the riverside, accessed by a triple storey glass foyer.

For those that prefer retail theatre, the shops and restaurants are being carefully put together so that whatever you need is within an easy walk – be it a Sunday night dash to the local shop for milk and bread, or a day spent choosing a unique gift from one of Britain’s hottest fashion houses.
